The site has been consistently utilized for Weddings, Corporate Events, Retreats and Family Reunions

Pinecrest Chalet is a year-round property that can accommodate as many as 134 + for guests in the Chalets and over 250+ guests in the Amphitheater area.  The site fee includes usage of the entire grounds, creekside amphitheater, bear garden, pool, and lighting.

Seven wooded acres dotted with cozy cottages and spacious chalets offer guests an ideal basecamp for your wedding.

One mile from Pinecrest Lake and neighboring the Emigrant Wilderness, the Chalet is the ideal place for endless outdoor activities during your wedding weekend.

Enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, and more. At the Chalet, you and your guests can play horseshoes and swim in our pool, or relax by the fire and roast some s’mores.

  Pinecrest Chalet units can accommodate groups of different sizes. From our cozy single-room cottages that sleep one to four people, to our more spacious chalets and townhouses with full kitchens and living areas, your mountain getaway can be modest or deluxe.

  All cottages, chalets, and townhouses have a TV/DVD player, BBQ, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, linens, as well as WiFi and access to our community pool, den, and play areas.

  Only chalets & townhouses have full kitchens. 

  Cottages (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8) DO NOT have full kitchen amenities—only microwave and mini-fridge.
